Bridging Survivorship and Nursing
A discussion about survivorship and nursing. Nurses are key to cancer survivorship, this program will give information on cancer survivorship, talk about survivorship resources and have a nurse survivorship panel discussion.

Learning Objectives
Define the term survivorship in cancer care.
Identify common long term symptoms facing patients in the survivorship period and describe nursing management strategies for them.
Discuss various community resources for social, psychological and physical support that may benefit cancer survivors.
Discuss challenges faced by nurse cancer survivor panelists through their careers and cancer journeys.
