ForwardBright Beginnings: The Role of Medical and Dental Providers in Early Oral Health
Bright Beginnings webinar is designed to empower medical and dental providers to take an active role in preventing dental disease in young children. The program addresses early childhood caries — the number one chronic disease in children — by equipping providers with practical strategies for early intervention starting at the eruption of a child's first tooth.

Learning Objectives
1. Understand the Importance of Early Oral Health: To educate medical and dental providers on the critical role they play in promoting early oral health and preventing dental issues in young children (starting with eruption of first tooth) 2. Identify Key Strategies for Early Intervention: To provide practical strategies and best practices for early intervention in oral health, including preventive measures and early treatment options. 3. Foster Collaboration Between Medical and Dental Providers: To encourage collaboration and communication between medical and dental providers to ensure comprehensive care for young patients and improve overall oral health outcomes. 4. Enhance Provider Performance and Incentives: To educate medical and dental providers on the various performance and incentive programs available, including the Medicaid Provider Pay for Performance Overview, Primary Care Provider Incentive Program, and Dental Provider Incentive Program.
