This course prepares nurses with the knowledge and tools to successfully lead the unit as a charge nurse.
This is the fourth session of a six-part course that prepares nurses with the knowledge and tools to successfully lead the unit as a charge nurse.
This course is open to experienced nurses at UPMC St. Margaret who have been identified by unit leadership as ready to be trained as a charge nurse.
