The purpose of this training is to inform new and old service coordinators of the appropriate steps when entering authorizations, understanding the core functions of the service plan authorization process, to better understand what to and what no to do. Provide service coordinators with resources for additional support, understanding and changes coming to the Helios system to enhance reporting.
