Our Residency facilitators play an integral role in meeting goals for our organization.  This activity is designed to expand their knowledge and professional development through workshops such as this one to help them meet the expectations of their role.

Registered Nurses 

Learning Objectives

After completing this activity, the learner will be able to:

  • list at least 3 roles of a Residency Facilitator.
  • list 2-3 challenging characteristics of Nurse Residents, as well as 1-2 ways to manage each of these
  • list 1-2 resources available to them if they need assistance.
