CHP Transplant Affiliate Programs: An Inservice
This course was developed to educate others on the scope that the transplant team has in other facilities and how that may drive practice changes at CHP.

- name the different institutions that CHP is affiliated with for transplant surgery.
- describe the impact that these programs have had on transplant recipients.
