Physician wellness starts with you and we want to help you incorporate stress reduction techniques to help you become your own best healer. Dr. Thompson will educate you and answer questions about how adopting this plant-based lifestyle medicine program can help you and your patients take charge of your health one bite at a time.

The goal of Doctors in the Kitchen is to educate physicians on nutrition and a healthy lifestyle as well as the benefits of a plant-based diet while cooking a whole food plant-based recipe at this virtual cooking class. In turn physicians will be able to apply their new nutrition and lifestyle knowledge to their patient care.
