Creating the Next Generation of Pharmacists: Pitt Pharmacy Program Overview_Online

Preceptors share their experience and knowledge with our student pharmacists, and must understand Pitt Pharmacy requirements from the curriculum (didactic) and experiential, especially in light of new accreditation standards that go into effect in July 2025. Pitt Pharmacy also has new curricular outcomes and new leadership, which is important for our valued preceptors to interact with. This session will bridge the connection between academia and clinical practice.

Pharmacists are part of the health care team, and interprofessional connections and learning are a part of our curriculum. It will be highlighted that being an interprofessional collaborator is one of our key PharmD Program outcomes.
