While promoting an antiracist culture within the organization, there are minimal opportunities within the organization that provide a safe environment for intentional conversation and growth among colleagues regarding the important topics of diversity, equity and inclusion. This session will review diversity, equity and inclusion.
A better understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion will help to maintain a successful workplace where all people can thrive personally and professionally by identifying differences among people within the workplace, providing equal opportunities for all, and ensuring all feel supported and as if they belong
During this session, the learner will have a better understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion as demonstrated by constructive conversation between participants upon completion of selected book.
