This course was designed to provide information to medical professionals in community hospitals caring for pediatric patients presenting with stroke emergencies and management.

  • identify initial management and stabilization of the pediatric patient presenting with stroke-like symptoms
  • verbalize the transport and referral process for pediatric patients in need of stroke management
