Emergency Physician Airway Management (EPAM) (Wiser) 8.12.19

The Emergency Physician Airway Management (EPAM) program will train physicians how to utilize the difficult airway algorithm and airway devices to successfully manage difficult airways. Difficult Airways are a low volume, high risk event that physicians rarely encounter. However, if they are mismanaged, can result in the morbidity of a patient.

At the conclusion of this program, participants should be able to manage and avoid critical errors in the hospital, focus on leadership skills including communication, judgment, planning, resource management, and medical knowledge/application.
