Fostering Trust in Vaccinations through Shared Decision Making
This training program is designed to equip healthcare professionals and public health advocates with the skills and strategies needed to build trust and have open discussions about immunizations. Participants will learn build trust within communities and discuss concerns and misconceptions about vaccines. Through case studies and practical exercises, attendees will gain the confidence and tools necessary to foster positive immunization dialogues and improve public health outcomes.

Learning Objectives
1. Review current literature on the benefits of immunization and the impact of vaccine-preventable diseases on public health.
2. Learn techniques for effective communication, including how to address vaccine confidence and vaccine misinformation and exploring methods for building trust with patients to make their own informed decisions.
3. Strengthen shared decision-making skills by analyzing case studies and real-world scenarios related to vaccine confidence.
