This course was designed for new preceptors learning resources for real-time feedback, precepting, leadership, and serving as a resource for new RNs
After attending this event, the learner will be able to:
- Identify common themes of new graduates transitioning to bedside nursing
- Incorporate and discuss styles of precepting, leadership, and resourcing the new graduate nurse.
