This in-service will provide the learner with knowledge of evidence based practice, how this impacts patient care , and how to implement projects on their unit or at the organizational level.
The learner will be able to define evidence based practice and its impact to patient care
The learner will be able to describe the process for implementing evidence based practice projects
The learner will be able to identify available resources to assist in implementing successful and meaningful projects
The learner will be able to measure outcomes of an evidence based practice project by setting SMART goals
