Interpreting Head CTs

Newly hired staff do not have current education on interpreting head CTs. Dr. Mcnamara will educate staff on the topics of what we are looking for and what is concerning.

After completing this session :

  1. Learner will have a be able to discuss how neurologists and CCM read and interpret CTs
  2. Learner will list the pros and cons of utilizing CTs VS MRI
  3. Learner will be able to visualize and understand common pathophysiology of neurological disorders and what they appear like on CT exams.
