Interprofessional Grand Rounds- Intimate Partner Violence

This in-service will provide healthcare providers important information regarding intimate partner violence. Healthcare providers will be able to identify signs of intimate partner violence , how to appropriately assess patients, and how to refer patients  to resources.

Nurses and Social Workers 

Learning Objectives

The learner will be able to describe how to conduct universal intimate partner violence assessments for all patients

The learner will be able to perform a warm transfer to a local domestic violence agency

The learner will be able to understand strength-based safety planning with identified survivors
