Interprofessional Grand Rounds: Legal Implications in Healthcare Documentation
This in-service will provide healthcare providers with knowledge related to legal implications in healthcare. Additionally, attendees will be informed on appropriate situations to enter RiskMaster, utilizing eRecord and email communication.

Learning Objectives
The learner will be able to articulate how their documented comments can be viewed from a litigation perspective E.g. "CCM Aware" or "MD Aware"
The learner will be able to understand the proper utilization of when to enter events into RiskMaster , eRecord documentation, or email communication
The learner will be able to verbalize the difference between the consequences of being sued versus being reported to the state by challenging patients and/or families
