Intro to Trauma Care
This lecture day will present an intro to the care of the trauma patient. The lecture will discuss the care of a trauma patient with hypotensive shock and how to resuscitation with massive transfusion ,A lecture on chest trauma and chest tube management in the trauma patient . C- Spine precautions and policy will be reviewed along with a competency to change the collar. Orthopedic trauma assessment and nursing care of these trauma patient will be educated.
