Learning Objectives

The learner will be able to:

  • Critique the journal article by identifying the purpose, design, limitations, and results
  • Identify how SAFTE model scores are calculated to assign alertness scores and review trended data
  • Analyze the relationship between alertness scores during different shifts and the role of self-care practices in shift work
