ForwardJournal Club – A Culture of Compassion
Journal Club is designed to give participants experience with appraising current literature and identifying best practice based on research.
Target Audience
This course is open to anyone interested in the topic.
Learning Objectives
The learner will be able to:
- Critique the journal article by identifying the purpose, design, limitations, and results
- Identify the commonly used strategies to improve the culture of compassion in several healthcare settings
- Identify the comprehensive benefits of implementing compassionate care while using the Evidence-Based Leadership framework
