After attending this meeting participants will have a better understanding if private equity involvement is a viable option for integrated practices and the impacts and limitations it presents in terms of quality of care and how exceptional team-based models can help to retain APP’s within the organizations and specialties, criteria for hiring NP’s given then breadth education and experience, and how Primary Care and specialties need to redesign and examine how these providers and their supervisors can be more engaged and appropriately compensated.
