Registered nurses who provide care in Obstetrics and Pediatrics
Learning Objectives
Participants will be:
- Better informed and prepared to prevent and address the traumatic impact of childhood adversities, by identifying four components of trauma care.
- Able to list and use resources to develop personal safety plans for themselves and others.
- Able to identify and apply knowledge gained regarding cleft lip / palate treatments in the care they provide to their patients.
- Able to provide evidence-based information and resources to the families that may need to use human donor milk as a nutritional supplement.
