Effective mentoring is associated with increased career satisfaction and academic productivity. Yet, it requires skills that are rarely taught. How do we adeptly navigate this critical professional relationship? Through interactive sessions and case-based discussions, you will learn how to develop skills and tools to build and maintain effective mentoring relationships.
