NCLEX: identifying deficiencies in NCLEX preparedness and developing learning strategies to address deficiencies

Thid program will provide opportunity for dialogue among the various schools of nursing; Provide opportunity for sharing strategies to improve NCLEX preparedness and help identify deficiencies in their current prep program.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of the program :
- Participants will be able to identify the deficiencies in NCLEX preparedness at their program based on Mountain Measurements and NCLEX performance data.
- Participants will be able to identify program-wide and course-specific learning outcomes to address the NCLEX preparedness deficiencies at their respective program.
- Participants will be able to develop progressive, course-specific NCLEX preparedness workshops to address the identified performance deficits.
