November 2025- November 2026 Authorizations

The CHC Competency Modules volumes are required-one time education for Community Health Choices (CHC) Staff. These modules provide an overview of key topics and processes in the Community Health Choices program. For 2025-2026 there are 4 volumes.  This Course is Authorizations

  1. Demonstrate how to use Helios to end an authorization
  2. Determine if a provider is contracted for a service code
  3. Demonstrate how to use Helios and follow the waterfall process to add services for Participants
