OAPP Grand Rounds - Clinical Education: No Longer See One, Do One, Teach One (WISER)
Creating greater access to high quality transition to practice educational programs in a large health system. This training will describe a new virtual model of both NP and PA transition to practice.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Name at least 3 principles of adult learning theory in order to improve learner engagement.
- Utilize the briefing, procedural teaching, and debriefing model in order to improve training of procedural skills.
- Identify techniques to provide feedback in order to improve the learner's self-directed learning.
- Utilize technology tools for clinical learning and/or teaching..
