Learning Objectives
As a result of participation in this activity, participants will be able to:
• Define Perinatal Mental Health
• Describe the relationship between Breast/Chestfeeding and Perinatal Mental Health
• Explain Biological, Psychological, and Sociocultural factors which impact Breast/Chestfeeding and Perinatal Mental Health
• Identify at least 3 strategies that support Breast/Chestfeeding families who are struggling with Perinatal Mental Health Challenges
