Learning Objectives
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Understand current data and trends on screen time use among children and adolescents and examine the evidence linking screen use to mental and behavioral health outcomes
- Identify evidence-based resources and guidance that support healthy media use and promote healthy mental development in children and adolescents
- Apply practical in-office strategies to integrate screen time conversations into routine pediatric care and counsel families on healthy screen habits
