Upon completion of this audio conference, participants should be able to: 
1. Implement policy language that makes requests for evaluation/assessment more transparent and gives leaders the tools they need for enforcement without unwarranted hassle;                                                                                                 

2. Develop strategies for managing conflicts of interest that arise during the clinical review/evaluation process; 

3. Arrange for external reviews that provide the type of information that Hospital and Medical Staff leaders need; and 

4. Develop and utilize clinical assessment and evaluation forms to maximize consistency, impartiality, and thoughtfulness of clinical reviews/assessments.
