Learning Objectives

Following the webinar:

  1. Participants will be able to state when it is appropriate to use intermittent inhaled corticosteroids.
  2. Participants will be able to describe how to use single maintenance asthma and reliever therapy (SMART) for asthma management of the pediatric patient.
  3. Participants will be able to list maximum doses of inhaled corticosteroids for children aged 0- 4 years; 5- 11 years and greater than 12 years of age.
