Person-Centered Communication - UPMC Health Plan

Person-centered communication is critical to supporting CHC Participants in making personal choices regarding their lives. This module will introduce you to reflective listening. Utilizing this communication approach will foster a person-centered approach, building supportive relationships with your Participants.
