Physician Resources: Alcohol Associated Liver Disease

In this CME course, Alison Faust, MD, MHS, FAASLD, discusses how to effectively diagnose alcohol associated liver disease using patient history, laboratory studies, and imaging, as well as implement guideline-based treatment of alcohol associated hepatitis. Dr. Faust also explains how to understand contra-indications to treatment and treatment futility, plus evaluate management of concurrent alcohol use disorders.
