Preceptor Development: Difficult Conversations April 2023
This course was designed because there can be difficulty starting conversations of constructive feedback between preceptors and orientees. This session aims to help preceptors be more open to giving feedback to orientees and ways to create a good professional relationship with positive and constructive feedback.

After completing this activity, the learner will be able to:
- identify when it is appropriate to initiate difficult conversations with orientees
