Preceptor Development: Facilitation & Evaluation of Learning
This course will increase engagement of preceptors and provide a more supportive preceptor environment by providing tools to create an effective orientation experience.
1. Learners will be able to apply effective communication techniques in an orientee-preceptor professional relationship.
2. Learners will be able to apply effective techniques for providing feedback to orientees in an positive manner.
3. Learners will be able to apply strategies for creating and supporting a conducive learning environment.
