Preceptor Development: Facilitation & Evaluation of Learning December 2021
This course will increase engagement of preceptors and provide a more supportive preceptor environment by providing tools to create an effective orientation experience.
After completing this activity, the learner will be able to:
1. apply effective communication techniques in an orientee-preceptor professional relationship.
2. apply effective techniques for providing feedback to orientees in an positive manner.
3. apply strategies for creating and supporting a conducive learning environment.
