The Quality Physician Advisory Council (QPAC) will provide clinical guidance and related physician input on the quality improvement strategy and related clinical aspects of care, access, availability, and continuity of care for UPMC Insurance Services Division members across all lines of business.

  • Understand and champion the physician/member relationship within UPMC Health Plan and across the enterprise as an integral part of the overall UPMC mission and experience.
  • Discuss trends in Quality of Care concerns and other member and quality data to develop insight and recommendations related to the physician/member experience.
  • Serve as a forum to advance best practice sharing and continual improvement within the physician community.
