1) Recall facts about suicide and suicide prevention.

2) Identify warning signs of suicide.

3) Demonstrate how to ask someone directly about their desire or intent regarding suicide.

4) Demonstrate verbal and non-verbal skills used to persuade someone who is having thoughts of suicide to seek and accept help. 5) Identify local resources available to help someone who is having thoughts of suicide. 6) Describe how to get help for someone having thoughts of suicide.
