This course was designed to provide education on respiratory viruses because clinical teams do not always effectively communicate the differing treatment modalities for various respiratory diagnoses. This can lead to miscommunication and confusion among care providers and poor communication with patients and families about expected disease progression and treatment modalities

After completing this activity, the learner will be able to:

  • identify the symptoms associated with bronchiolitis and croup
  • identify 1 difference in the treatment modalities between bronchiolitis patients and croup patients.
