Implicit Bias, presented by Karen Schmidt, CTSI. Investigators are trained to avoid bias in interpreting scientific data, but implicit bias can also affect the functioning of scientific teams. In this workshop we will discuss tools for exploring implicit bias and consider the effects that it may have on our research teams and ultimately on the science that we generate.
