1. Discuss the RITE session content and any applicable resources/handouts in my 1:1 meetings between now and June 16, 2021.

 

2. Using the patient-communication board, identify and reflect what is important to/unique about the patient. Monitor through patient rounding with a goal of reaching 75% compliance.

 

3. In preparation for High Solid Low (HSL) conversations this summer with your staff, refamiliarize yourself with the resources and tools available on Yammer.

 

4. Share your one or two lessons learned from the People Pillar Workshop with a colleague. Discuss what you plan to commit to do. Document your commitments in your 90-day action plan to remain accountable.

5. Reflect on The Value of Communication Cascade and consider how you plan to effectively cascade your 2021 MyVoice results to your team; then, share your plans with your leader in your next enhanced 1:1.

 

6. Review the H.E.A.R.D model and continue to implement for service recovery.

 

7. Review your MyVoice results (if applicable) for your unit/department, score for the question, “I work in an inclusive culture where I feel I belong.”

 

8. If your favorability score is below 72%, determine your action items for cultivating a more inclusive culture within your unit/department; partner with local Human Resources and your leadership team as needed to design your action items. Add your action items to your 90-day plan.
