School Nurse Advisory Group - June (CE credits)

School nurses and nurse practitioners play a critical role in children’s health. Building stronger connections between school health professionals, hospital clinicians, and primary care providers will help strengthen the continuation of care for pediatric patients. Gaps in care occur due to communication barriers and the goal of the School Nurse Advisory Group is to identify and address these barriers.
