Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this session, participants should be able to: Discuss evidence-based practices for treating serious mental illness, including those offered at CRS Learn adult rehabilitation recovery principles for treating serious mental illness, and review how these are integrated into psychiatric rehabilitation programming Describe current case management services and contrast with those of the past, and identify strategies to support individuals with adverse social determinants of health Review housing continuum services and programs, with an emphasis on supportive housing Discuss how recent changes in county funding have profoundly impacted housing services Recognize how pharmacy-based programs can enhance medication adherence Identify services to support specialty medications for SMI patients and how those are administered through CRS Discuss psychiatric services, including mediation management and beyond. Review the latest evidence based for psychotherapy for patients with schizophrenia and what programs are offered at CRS Strategize ways to best support interservice collaboration.
