Where does a professional start when a consumer wants to age in place or find long-term care resources? Where does someone begin to navigate community resources? What are the starting places?
The goal of this presentation will be to answer these questions and more.

- Provide a comprehensive discussion on available community resources
- Discuss resources available through the Area Agency on Aging
- Discuss resources that can impact family caregivers and care partners
- Provide guidance on education tools available for staff, older adults, families, etc.
- Discuss new or changed resources that have been impacted during COVID-19

This program will occur as a Microsoft Teams meeting. Individuals can join through the Teams app, a web browser (suggested browsers are Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome; no software download is required), or through their phone.
