This is the fourth session in a five-part SUD series.
 
The purpose of the training is to enhance the knowledge of substance use resources available to our members and to increase the likelihood that the member will engage with the suggested resource.

There is no educational content to this course. This course is designed to supplement training that has already occurred. This course is designed to only administer the post-test and collect CME evaluations.

Ann Giazzoni, MSW, LCSW, MBA
Sr. Program Manager of Behavioral Health Integration
 
Ann Giazzoni is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and Senior Program Manager for Behavioral Integration at UPMC Health Plan. Ann manages programs related to complex co-occurring medical, behavioral health and substance use case management programs that make meaningful improvement in the lives of high-risk populations. She also manages the opioid centers of excellence program that focuses on whole person care for members with opioid use disorder. She has worked in many clinical settings such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, family therapy centers, substance use treatment centers, schools, and physical and behavioral managed care organizations.  She has presented locally and nationally on the integration of behavioral health and substance use into physical health treatment settings. Ann obtained her MSW degree in 1995 from the University of Pittsburgh and her MBA degree in 1999 from Point Park University in Pittsburgh.
