1) Describe the current evidence base for breast biomarker testing in early-stage and metastatic breast cancer, including sensitivity, specificity, and clinical validation studies.
2) Identify established and emerging breast cancer biomarkers, including their biological mechanisms, clinical applications, and evidence levels for treatment decision-making.
3) List current quality assurance standards and validation requirements for breast cancer biomarker assays, including pre-analytical variables and standardization protocols.
