This course was designed to increase knowledge related to the psychosocial concerns of pediatric heart/lung transplant with pre-transplant work-ups and post-transplant holistic and family care.

  • Identify aspects of nursing related to patient-centered bedside care and psychosocial concerns of transplant
  • Identify resources for patients/families related to transplant process and support
  • Apply knowledge gained to psychosocial transplant case studies.
