This is the second installment of a dinner forum series.  This session will focus on discussing new approaches to the treatment and management of thromboembolic disease.

Physicians, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants

Learning Objectives

The objectives of the series are:

  1. Increase understanding of when to refer patients for cardiology specialist evaluation
  2. Increase ability to educate patients on cardiovascular disease treatment options
  3. Collaborate with specialists and other members of the healthcare team to correctly diagnose patients in a timely manner
  4. Learn appropriate cardiology testing to be ordered for patients
