UPMC APP Week 2024- Are You Toasted, Roasted, or Fried and What To Do About It
Burnout and compassion fatigue are feeling felt by all members of the interprofessional team and therefore this presentation will provide strategies all members of the health care team can use to maintain a balanced state.

Learning Objectives
After completing this activity, the learner will be able to:
- Describe symptoms of stress, compassion fatigue and burnout and understand the differences between these states
- Identify at least three strategies to address those symptoms
- Identify several preventative strategies they can take to help maintain a balanced state.
