ForwardUPMC Hamot ABEM CE Prep Course
Participants will be trained in the structure, function, and scoring of the American Board of Emergency Medicine Certification Exam. Board review preparation, mock exam, and participant performance review will be conducted.

- Demonstrate improvement in professionalism and interpersonal communication skills necessary for difficult conversations and conflict resolution in the health care environment.
