This course is a highly-interactive workshop to take assessing the current state tools and principles and apply them to real-world improvement projects. Students are encouraged to bring ideas of improvement projects to class for discussion.

 

     

    Target Audience

     

    The class is applicable to all staff, clinical and non-clinical, and staff at all levels of the organization.

    Learning Objectives

     

    To understand why and how to use multiple methods of assessing the current state of work processes.

    To be able to apply methods and tools for assessing the current state to real-world projects.
